When I founded the BWKI, my vision was to create a nurturing platform where Black women can thrive. Centred on health, personal growth, and development. It was what I had needed for myself but couldn’t find it locally. So I created it! This initiative is a testament to the power of compassion and community. It’s more than a mission—it’s a movement to uplift, inspire, and empower and always with Kindness
OUR MISSION
At the BWKI, we are dedicated to uplifting andempowering Black women through intentional acts of kindness, support, andcommunity engagement. We create safe spaces where women can connect, thrive,and access resources that nurture and encourage personal and professional growth.

Through transformative workshops, educational resources, and community events,we address the diverse needs of Black women, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate milestones within a supportive network. We believe in the power of community to inspire change, and we’re committed to uplifting Black women as
leaders, innovators, and changemakers.
